About National Careers Service
National Career Services (NCS) Project was launched by the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi on 20 July 2015. This is launched because of the taking a focus on the mind of young people of India to imparting the right skills and creating jobs for the country young man. It is a Five Year mission mode project that is initiated by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, Government of India to establish quick and efficient career-related services by improving the existing nationwide setup of Employment Exchanges across the country.
NCS is an online solution from the Ministry of Labour and Employment for employers to post job openings and for those seeking jobs to apply for these positions, in both private as well as Government sectors. Labor Ministry will provide free skill training to the registered job seekers on its National Career Service (NCS) portal.
